Iluka Resources North Capel Facility
Earlier this year AUSPAN was contracted to Design new storage shed for the Iluka Resources North Capel Facility.
This new facility is now complete and in operation.
Capel Primary School Project
Aussie Building Specialists were engaged for Structural Supervision of the Civil Works at Capel Primary School by Peritas Group. The project has now been completed successfully.
McIntosh and Sons Katanning Project
Aussie Building Specialists were engaged as Structural Engineering partners for the consortium of this project. We were successful in delivering the structural engineering of this project successfully. This project is a landmark project and will be finished in May 2018.
Shire of Katanning, Administration Building Project
Aussie Building Specialists are engaged for Structural Supervision of the Civil Works of Shire of Katanning Admin Building Project.
Residential Projects across WA:
We are proudly assisting a number of clients including major project builders across WA with the Engineering side of the residential projects. This includes Soil Testing, Engineering Design, Energy Ratings, Bush Fire Rating and Certificate of Building Compliance by a qualified building surveyor.
We have assisted more our clients with more than 2000 homes across WA to date with their residential projects.
